Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees paid by planners for access to Leadloggy services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
2. Lead / Contact Unlock Purchases
Payments made to unlock traveller contact information or lead details are non-refundable once access has been granted.
3. Duplicate / Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same transaction, contact us within 7 days for review.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund already paid amounts.
5. Failed Payments
Failed subscription payments may result in suspension of planner access until payment is successfully processed.
6. Exceptional Refunds
Leadloggy may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances including technical errors or billing mistakes.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on payment provider.
